Vision

We walk the property with you before anything is quoted. You leave that meeting with a written scope, a photograph of every condition we found, and the two or three decisions that will set your budget. If we think the project is wrong, we say so in the room.

Plan

Drawings, permit, and a line-item budget that names the actual products rather than allowances. Trades are coordinated before demolition day, and the schedule is built backwards from the date you move back in.

Build

Supervision on your site every day it is open, a photograph log, and a written report on a fixed cadence. Conditions we find get photographed and priced the same week rather than at the end of the job.

Grow

We come back after handover. Return visits are scheduled to land before the warranty period closes, so anything found is still ours to fix rather than yours to argue.

Both registrationsare in his name.

BuildCraft Construction and Development LLC is run by Imran Ahmad Siddiqui, who holds the company’s Rhode Island contractor registration (GC-54248, residential and commercial) and its Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration (#654524) in his own name.

That matters more on a site than it sounds. The person answerable to the registration authorities is the person who walks the property with you, and there is no layer in between to lose the detail.
