Five disciplines,one contractor.
Registered to work across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Every line below is delivered under the same two registrations, by the same company.

New Construction
We take ground-up work from a cleared site to a finished building without handing the job between companies. Site preparation, foundation, framing, envelope, systems and finishes sit under a single contract, so there is one schedule and one party answerable for it.
Every build is run against a written scope issued before work starts. Conditions found on site are photographed, priced and brought to you in writing rather than absorbed quietly into the schedule.
- Site preparation and foundations
- Framing and building envelope
- Mechanical, electrical and plumbing coordination
- Interior finishes and fit-out
- Permitting and inspection scheduling
- Final walkthrough and punch list

Renovation
Renovation is the harder discipline because the building is already occupied. We sequence the work around that: dust control, protected routes, and a written schedule that tells you which rooms are unavailable and when they come back.
Existing conditions decide renovation budgets. We open up, photograph what we find, and price it the same week rather than at the end of the job.
- Kitchens and bathrooms
- Whole-house remodels
- Additions and structural alterations
- Commercial refits and tenant improvements
- Historic and older-stock repair
- Occupied-site dust and access control

Development
Development work starts before there is anything to build. We look at what a parcel will actually support, what the entitlement path costs in months, and whether the numbers survive the answer.
When land, drawings and construction sit with one company, nobody gets to hand off the blame. That is the whole argument for doing it this way.
- Site feasibility and due diligence
- Land acquisition support
- Entitlement and permitting strategy
- Multi-unit residential delivery
- Commercial shells and adaptive reuse
- Delivery through certificate of occupancy

Project Management
Sometimes the build is already contracted and what is missing is someone holding the schedule. We take that role: coordinating trades, tracking the budget line by line, and reporting in writing on a fixed cadence.
As owner's representative we sit on your side of the table, which means the reporting is candid about slippage rather than reassuring about it.
- Master scheduling and sequencing
- Line-item budget control and change tracking
- Trade procurement and coordination
- Owner's representative services
- Site reporting and photograph logs
- Closeout and warranty administration

General Contracting
Straight general contracting: we hold the contract, carry the trades, and remain the one party responsible for the result. Registered in Rhode Island (GC-54248) and Massachusetts (HIC #654524).
Subcontractors are vetted and repeat — the same electricians and framers across jobs, which is what makes a schedule hold.
- Single-point contractual responsibility
- Vetted, repeat subcontractor base
- Permit applications and inspections
- Written schedule and budget
- Site supervision
- Punch list and handover
Vision
We walk the property with you before anything is quoted. You leave that meeting with a written scope, a photograph of every condition we found, and the two or three decisions that will set your budget. If we think the project is wrong, we say so in the room.
Plan
Drawings, permit, and a line-item budget that names the actual products rather than allowances. Trades are coordinated before demolition day, and the schedule is built backwards from the date you move back in.
Build
Supervision on your site every day it is open, a photograph log, and a written report on a fixed cadence. Conditions we find get photographed and priced the same week rather than at the end of the job.
Grow
We come back after handover. Return visits are scheduled to land before the warranty period closes, so anything found is still ours to fix rather than yours to argue.
