This website describes the services of BuildCraft Construction and Development LLC. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a contract, or a commitment to carry out work.

Enquiries are not contracts

Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a place in our schedule, or bind either of us to a price. Any work we undertake is governed by a separate written construction contract signed by both parties.

Figures, durations and specifications shown on this site are indicative. The numbers that matter are the ones in your written scope and contract.

Contractor registration

BuildCraft Construction and Development LLC is registered with the Rhode Island Contractors' Registration and Licensing Board (GC-54248) and with the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs & Business Regulation as a Home Improvement Contractor (#654524).

Registration numbers and dates are published here for your convenience. They are not a substitute for verification: confirm current standing directly with the issuing agency before entering into a contract.
